NV2108E NVR Cameras Issue

Hi there I have the NV2108E NVR Cameras, I am wondering if anyone has this issue.

During night time any motion detection detected is sent via email in a snapshot which is great, however during the day time each time I receive a snapshot the bottom of the photo is not viewable.
