Need help turning off notifications

So, I sold my house and left my amcrest system in the house. Its an HD 720p tribrid system. I forgot to reset the system before I left and now I get 20-30 notifications a day of motion alerts from the new owners going in and out of the house. I have emailed my realtor multiple times and she has forwarded the info on to their realtor and the new owners to try to get them to reset the system to turn off the notifications. I even emailed the contact number for amcrest in case they needed help doing it. Is there any way that I can turn the notifications off remotely without having access? I tried blocking my own email address so I wouldn't get them, but I can't block my own email. I need help trying to figure out how to disable notifications without access to the dvr!

Try changing the password of your email. That might work in case of email alerts, while the system will try to send email using your old password which won't go through.

I guess you are getting email with snapshots or say email with different title? It is when the 'Healthcheck' option checked under Email settings. Try unchecking the Attachment option under email settings.
