960 Dvr wont power on.
Hello. I have been using my 960h DVR for about 3 years now. Today when I get home my screen is blank and the power led on front is blinking. I have checked the power supply with a multimeter and it has 12 volts coming out as specified. I cannot factory reset as it wont stay powered on. Anything else...
