IP2M-850EB NO PTZ FUNCTIONS WITH 4208E-EI DVR
I replaced my old nvr with new 4208E nvr. Both of my IP2M-850EB cameras.work perfectly, but the PTZ funtions will not operate from the android app, windows app, or directly at the DVR. I am at a loss on what to try next.
