Same issue here, purchased 6 4k cameras, doorbell, and nvr all from amcrest, to find issue after issue, choppy playback video, can't view videos on the browser due to plug in not supported. regret buying 1K worth of Amcrest stuff.

I am having the same issue as the poster, and I have six amcrest 4k resolution cameras and when I playback via the NVR 4108 it will always be choppy. If I stop the video, click play again, it may get through a SINGLE motion detection clip before getting choppy again on all subsequent clip recordings...

Hello, this is my first post but I created an account to reply. I have the same issue, where at any one point, one of my 4K cameras says 'unauthorized' as the title. It appears that I can recreate the issue as described by the OP.
