Thanks Ray, at least they are aware of and working on the issue.

I know of three ways to adjust the sensitivity of motion detection when enabled - by url of camera in browser, in Amcrest Cloud, and with the Amcrest View app. I assume all these pull the settings from the camera and save them back to the camera when changed and saved.
