Ive been looking to replace all my Amcrest with Hikvision Cameras.

after installing newest firmware I can no longer update the camera name and FTP keeps failing on the ip4m-1025e . Any ETA on when this will be fixed?

If i knew before hand how bad the support for these products were i would have never wasted my money.

Having the same issue with not being able to change the Camera name. Any fix in the works for this?

If I knew this was the type of support and response given I would have never purchased an Amcrest Camera. I wish I could return it and get my money back

Is there a Change log Available for the IP4M-1025E Firmware update?

How do you expect someone to install an update without knowing what changes have been made?
