I'm using Smart PSS (free) and when I go to add a device on my pc I can hit search and they all pop up right away -- including the ip address.

Is there a way I can suppress motion detection recording while a tour is moving from one location to another?

Oh great. I got it working now.

For others who might have the problem:

When I tried to upgrade the "download the lastest" button isn't doing a anything.

I found a link to the firmware at: https://amcrest.com/firmwaredownloads

Browse for the file and then hit upgrade.

I have a new IP2M-853EW I setup and everything works fine except for playback to the Amcrest IOS app. When I try to play back I I can see all the events pop up but i get "Failed to connect" message. I have 2 other Amcrest devices and it works fine. They are all setup P2P Playback is set to...
