Well, seems as I have gotten it to work.
I just went though the same routine over and over and over and then one screen came up showing the SSID networks. I clicked in it and the camera came on and was working.
Funny, I kept restarting Everything over and over and it finely found it.

I have searched and had been reading until my eyes were about to bleed ;-) I have 4 of the Amcrest camera and the one I am working with is the IP4M-1051W and trying to get it to hook up to a New Spectrum Mesh router.
