So it does seem the Adguard app is causing the issue. I did go in and Whitelist the connections that Amcrest was trying connect to and it helped some but when Adguard is disabled completely everything works as it should. I haven't heard back from the developer yet.

I'm hopefully getting closer to figuring some of this stuff out but ran into a small snag. I set an email up for event snapshots for the two cameras and am only getting a snapshot for one of the cameras. I've tried a couple of different email accounts and they pass the Test but no snapshot. Is getting a snapshot from each camera possible?

EDIT: I couldn't edit the last post but I was able to get the email snapshot thing figured out but I'm not really sure what I did lol

No problem that is what people are here to help when we can.. Glad you get your email sorted Just keep in mind They will start to drive you mad lol... I have only a couple setup for sending out Notices now so I don't have to sort through hundreds a day lol... Most of my things I FTP and I use notices to sift though my Recorders to keep what I need and then I mark the FTP area to hold data and if needed I will add to a Thumb drive for giving to who needs it in the future if ever needed...

I'm now wondering why I don't have the option for Playback View like on your screenshot? Is that on Android or iOS?

It seems like it would be a good option to have since it seems like the Playback is steaming in HD which doesn't load very fast if you're on a slow data connection.

I have to admit that is odd? So here is the Question are you using the Admin or a Modified account when your logging into your NVR.. By the way both options are on both my Android and iPhone.. So I am logging into my system with my Main Admin account.. So if your using a different account you may want to use the Main admin or you will want to ask your admin if not you to give you playback options.. This can be done on a per user basis or on group however if the Group was made with the option turned off it will need to be adjusted in the Group and in the user.. One of the things I have tried to tell others that I help setting up Management if changed after the fact of user being made under a group both areas will need to be changed.. Some get it some don't and i get more calls lol.. Lucky for me only 8 different groups of people I am helping so it isn't to bad if I had hundreds or thousands I would go crazy lol...

It appears like it's the Admin account doesn't it? Does it look correct to you?

Odd.. But humm I am going to guess it is an iPhone issue because it has been a while since I used mine for looking at cameras.. So i checked just now and Sure enough my iPhone don't have playback and now that I think about it there was something since last year I forgot about talking about the Playback being gone from the iPhone sadly I haven't used it for some time.. Infact the ones I have used it on in the last while I never changed or checked or tried to payback it was for live view and nothing more..

So sadly sorry screen shot from before was from my S9 Samsung droid phone..

Android has the playback option, IOS does not. Actually I don't think it matters. On my android device, no matter what the Playback setting is, it will just playback whatever is recorded on the SD card. I suppose a NVR could transcode a mainstream recording to substream before sending it to View Pro but I think that would be unlikely. That may be why IOS doesn't have playback option.
