Reconnecting issue with IP2M cameras

Got them setup after calling Amcrest, worked fine until I turned the cameras off then when I check live view it says cameras not connected reboot / turn off and try again. Same result after unplugging the power cords?? Am I not doing something right to get them back on?

Even when I did get one working, after I turned them off once I was only able to get one back on at best, now none will do live view?

Make sure the EXTRA or SUB stream is enabled. I went through so many connection problems and this turned out to be the root cause for me. Here is a screenshot of the desktop app - you can also do it from the phone app I believe.
