Problem accessing IP3M-943 from PC

I have 2 cameras same model IP3M-943.
I can access both of them from android phone with no issues.
From PC it used to work fine, but now when I try to access from AMCREST WEB VIEW the live stream for both IPs is the stream from the first camera.
What went wrong ?

If you can access them both from your Phone it sounds like you have P2P enabled and you didn't change the IP settings in the cameras to a Static IP so the IPs that you thought they were are no longer the same.. If they are Wifi and you have turned on wifi at one point it might be that the 2 Ips you are connecting to are both the same camera even if you have them Wired today..

So I would try to turn one off and access the other one on the IP you think it should be..

You will need to look in your Routers Access table for IP's that are going to the Camera Most of Amcrest Cameras Mac Address will start with 4c or 9c the older ones would be or could be that is on the 4c I have seen stranger things...

Both cameras have unique static IPs and connect via WIFI only. It is important to point out that when I access the SETUP section I see the correct settings for the IP I am accessing. Only the Live View is screwed up and I get the same live stream on both IPs.
