I have just recently purchased Amcrest Pro HD Camera. I have done everything successfully, but it says my username and password is incorrect. Could someone please tell me how to reset my password and name.

You're going to have to reset the camera. Instructions on how to do this were included with your camera or as asked above, give us your camera model number.
