Maybe there was an issue with that FW version.. there is another one that is dated 12 of 2019 maybe it was because others reported the same issue and with the new FW it resolves it? I am not sure just making a guess as there is no Change log anymore to say what is what with new FW updates today...

Thanks for the suggestion. I just verified that the latest firmware version is installed: V2.620.00AC000.3.R
dated 12/18/19.

Question to the community. I configured the IP4M-1051 to take a snapshot every minute and FTP it to the server. To my surprise, I realized that the camera deletes images older than three hours. How do I stop the camera from deleting images. I manage the image repository myself.
Thank you!
If possible, you might try turning off file deletion permissions for your camera in your ftp server, or something similar.

As a server side fix, I have a script that grabs the photos every 10 minutes or so into a different folder. However, this is still a camera side bug that should be resolved by Amcrest.
