IP Config Can Not Find Camera
I have a HP 15 TouchSmart laptop running Windows 10 Home edition. I installed Amcrest IP Config 2 days ago and was able to connect to a IP2M-841. Windows did an update and now IP Config can not find the camera. I uninstalled and re-installed the IP Config program, cycled power to the camera, and cycled power to the router. I can access the camera using Amcrest View Pro on a phone with the Android operating system. What should I do next?

If the ip config cannot find the camera and if its still working on the phone, you might need to find the ip address for the camera from router and then type that into the web browser. Another method is to use the web portal 'www.amcrestview.com'. Here you will have to type in the camera serial number to get access.
