Cannot connect with Phones only Laptops and Desktops

I have a strange issue where I am no longer able to connect to the camera with any phone or tablet device. Everything else works just fine including wireless laptops... IP2M-841W

any thoughts??? utterly confused

With exhausting all other options I ended up doing a factor reset on the camera and everything is working now.
