Hi I was just wondering if any of you who have the 720p 4 channel DVR by any chance have an older version of the firmware file? DVR model AMDV7204.
I installed the recent version of the firmware file and my one camera went to black and white only whereas the older version of the firmware is the only one that worked correctly. I also called customer service and they are unable to provide me with a previous version.
Any help is appreciated.
