Browser plugin availability

I have just got one of these cameras and want to use it on a network with no internet access. I can browse to the camera's IP address from devices over wifi, but am prompted to download a plugin for the browser. Is there any way I can download the plugin via an internet connected network before I change networks to connect to the camera?

You can download and install the plugin from a internet connected computer or copy the file to the computer you need and use the same when there is no internet.
