Hi,
I have three Amcrest cameras and not long time ago I've connected one to your cloud.
It was a free account and my goal was to check it out.
Now I have all kind of issues with this 'connected' camera. First it stopped accepting my video settings.
It always drop them down to ~1kbit stream with lowers FPS. It hangs, freezes and reboots by itself.
I tried to remove my camera from your cloud web interface but find out it's not possible though you're claiming 'it's easy'. You can "turn off" but it's not the same as remove.
My question how to completely disable\disconnect my camera from your cloud so it could be stable again and
keep on my settings?
Other cameras (I have total of three) are working fine.
